TRUMP’S 91 CRIMINAL COUNTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR RE-ELECTION

Former President Donald Trump faces a total of 91 criminal counts against him. The 91 felony counts stem from five indictments in four criminal cases

  1. 34 counts of falsifying records
  2. 32 counts of willful retention of national defense information for alleged violations of the Espionage Act.
  3. 1 count of conspiracy to obstruct justice.
  4. 1 count of withholding a document or record.
  5. 1 count of corruptly concealing a document or record.
  6. 1 count of concealing a document in a federal investigation.
  7. 1 count of scheme to conceal.
  8. 1 count of false statements and representations.
  9. 1 count of altering, destroying, mutilating or concealing an object.
  10. 1 count of altering, destroying, mutilating, or concealing a document, record or other object.
  11. One count of conspiracy to defraud the United States.
  12. One count of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding.
  13. One count of obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding.
  14. One count of conspiracy against rights.
  15. One count of violation of the Georgia RICO Act.
  16. Three counts of solicitation of violation of an oath by public officer.
  17. Two counts of conspiracy to commit false statements and writings.
  18. Two counts of conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree.
  19. Two counts of false statements and writings.
  20. One count of conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer.
  21. One count of conspiracy to commit filing false documents.
  22. One count of filing false documents.

That comes to a grand total of 91 felony counts against the former president, who is running for the GOP nomination to take back the White House in 2024.
